This…explains a great deal about my ex-boyfriend’s behavior. He almost exclusively favored horror with deeply misogynistic under(and over)tones and the revenge-driven-dark-vigilante trope. (And it’s telling of his macho killer machine-centric approach to Heathenry).
It also explains a great deal about me. I hope my proclivity for the Noldor doesn’t take a Fëanorian turn…it’s probably best I stay away from fields like practical astrophysics and engineering.
